This can be
eaten as a main course or as a side dish.
Ingredients
800 g chopped cabbage
150 g slices bacon
2 eggs large
5 spring onions
4 medium cloves of garlic
Freshly ground black pepper
Soy sauce
Basil
Sesame seed oil (or another vegetable oil)
Directions
Chop the
cabbage.
Chop
finely onions and garlics.
Cut into
small pieces bacon.
Heat the
wok and add the bacon with a dash of oil, when is cooked remove from the wok
and set aside.
Pour in
the wok a dash of sesame oil and add the onions and garlic finely chopped and
cook until is golden.
Add
chopped cabbage, toss to coat with oil and mix with onions and garlic.
Add freshly
ground black pepper and soy sauce to taste.
Cook
until cabbage is cooked at your preference.
Put again bacon in the wok and add the eggs.
Toss and
when eggs are cooked serve immediately with fresh basil.
