Today entry
is about Nutella, one of my favorite
ingredients by the way. These are two perfect recipes to prepare a delicious and
easy dessert in a little while.
Puff pastry heart
All you
need is a puff pastry sheet, Nutella, hazelnuts, some cutters and a little of
imagination.
Fill the
puff pastry with Nutella, decorate and paint with beaten egg.
Bake at
350ºF (180ºC) until is golden.
Nutella mousse
Ingredients
125 g
Nutella
200 ml heavy
cream or whipping cream (35% fat), it must be very cold.
2
tablespoons icing sugar
125 ml
of whole milk
2 sheets
or leaves of gelatin (a leaf weigh around
2 g)
Directions
Soak
sheets of gelatin in a bowl cold water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Heat the
whole milk until it is warm.
Wring
gently gelatin sheets to remove excess water and add to the warm milk, stirring
until gelatin is dissolved.
Add the
Nutella and stir until dissolved too.
Set aside
this mixture.
In a
large bowl put cold heavy cream. With an electric hand mixer with a whisk
attachment, beat cream. Start slowly, you don’t want cream all over the place,
do you?, and add icing sugar little by little. Beat until forms soft peaks.
Add the
whipped cream to de Nutella mixture and mix together until combine.
Pour
into serving glasses and put into the fridge until serve, at least four hours.
